Humans flock to fresh bodies of water, contaminating them in the process. Due to the lack of desalination technology and it's disconnect to inland communities, the only solution is to find a way to cure the infected water. Three military scientist set out to find a solution and save what remains of the human race. Anne Bergman (Arissa Page) is lead scientist on site and thinks she has finally found a solution to rid the water of infection, but Owen Church (Marco Aguirre) believes his solution is better and undermines his superior officer, meanwhile Trey Adams (Donny Boisvert) gets caught up in the cross-hairs.
