After his club on the Sunset Strip is destroyed, and refusing to bend to anyone's will, Tony Andalini would turn a 200 ft. dilapidated fishing barge into the largest and most elegant casino in the country. Mooring it 3.1 miles (international waters) dead out from the Bay City Pier, the Castellammare (Castle on the Sea) would make Tony Andalini a fortune and would start a savage war between the two most criminal police departments in the country -- Bay City and LAPD -- for control of the lucrative illegal gambling revenue.
