Anyone who annoys him, people at the grocery store, a crowded bar or restaurant, a party, etc - He has no idea where they go, only that he can get rid them with a simple touch. We find out they all wind up in the middle of the Serengeti Desert, in lion territory, and the local pride have become accustomed to gathering in that same spot for the fresh arrival of a new food source, the vanished people are quickly devoured. This goes on for months before local park rangers and Safari tourists discover the remains of dozens, maybe hundreds of victims that are identified by the IDs left in their wallets and purses, they are all as US citizens with no explanation of how they got there. Authorities are notified and the victims are matched up with missing persons reports in America and the pieces are put together to identify who or what is behind the bizarre disappearances.
