Dan becomes angry when he can't get any information from hotel desk clerks about whether or not Carolee and ...See moreWith the thought of Steve resigning his job tomorrow, and throwing away ten years of his life, Carolee wonders if she's worth it. Dan becomes angry when he can't get any information from hotel desk clerks about whether or not Carolee and Emma are registered. He experiences another heart spell as he slams down the phone. When Billy comes home, Dan pumps him for information, though Billy doesn't know where Carolee has gone. Billy speculates that Dan made Carolee leave and doesn't know himself where she went. Dan retorts that he doesn't, but he knows who does, and begins to dial Steve's telephone number. While sewing, Maggie experiences vision problems. Later, when Matt dismisses trying to placate Nick, Maggie angrily accuses him of being inhumane, then she has a terrible dizzy spell. She doesn't recall what she said to Matt in anger, but assures him that she's fine. Carolee presses Emma into telling her about her encounter with Dan. Emma admits that she's terrified of Dan and worried that he'll find them the same way he traced Steve and Carolee to Sky Haven. At the Allison house, Dan yells at the telephone operator to keep trying Steve's unanswered phone, because he knows it's not out of order. Written by Skip Eastport See less
