For approximately two years the population of this once great city was mislead to believe their water was safe despite thousands of inquiries and complaints into its quality. The end result? An ongoing crisis that has already resulted in 7,000 children being left with unalterable damage, tens of thousands of adults poisoned, and at least 12 dead as a resulted of legionaries disease.
