After Matt demonstrates a serious interest in seeing home movies of Erich, Steve realizes that it's connected to the cable he received from Karen. Later, Matt admits that Karen hid Erich's heart defect from him, and Steve is left speechless at the news that the child's only hope for survival is open heart surgery.
