Mick reveals to Kristen that Clarke involuntarily reunited them because it was Clarke who got him the job at Spectra Fashions. When Mick begins to trash talk Clarke, Kristen gets defensive. Stephanie shows up and encourages Kristen not to give up on her marriage. Kristen - who is hiding Mick in the bedroom - lies to her mother and denies Stephanie's assumption that she is seeing another man. Bill would love to discuss his plans for a skiing trip to Aspen over the holidays, but Margo is still reeling from the news that he already enlisted his attorney to become Mark's legal guardian. Bill is upset that Margo is criticizing him for rushing the adoption process and rejects her objections for ambushing Clarke.
