When Nick retorts that Stella doesn't know what she's talking about, she encourages him to talk to Althea. In Jamaica, Carolee experiences a dizzy spell and nausea, which Dan blames on too much sun.Rico declares that he wants to be a doctor more than ever because he now sees the difference between Nick and Al.
