By the time Mr. Anthony gets around to handing out a mask to Ethan, all what Ethan considers the exciting animals are gone, the only animal mask left being a parrot. In his disappointment, Ethan feels all tangled up inside. To get Ethan untangled, Mr. Anthony shows him how to do the untangle tickle, which helps but doesn't get rid of his disappointment. So Mr. Anthony tells him about the time Napkin Man helped a boy named Jinsong of ancient China, he who got to perform the dragon dance for the entire village on Chinese New Year's but who was assigned to be what he considered the non-glamorous position of the dragon's tail.
