Tori realises Riley made the complaint and discovers that his report indicates Billie was in much worse shape than the lab reports stated; the case is quickly dropped. Tori realises Riley saw Nate as a threat and breaks up with him. He cuts short his contract and leaves town with Tori and Justin sending him packing when he comes to the house trying to win her back. Phoebe tells Justin that they're being evicted from the farm with the lease ending. Justin suggests they get their own place together but later feels bad about leaving his family so suggests she move in with them. Alf and Marilyn visit John but find he is refusing the operation, thinking he deserves to suffer. Marilyn talks him into giving consent and he is taken into theatre. Written by skteosk See less
