Nick rejects Colley's suggestion that Rico take a plea bargain for manslaughter or murder two. Rico isn't convinced by Nick's speculation that the DA wouldn't offer a deal if he could prove his case. Nick is disappointed when Rico considers accepting a deal for manslaughter. Matt advises Martha not to make any decisions about Rico until something is proven in court.
