His wife is sick and tired of his gentleness and wishes that her husband was as strong as Casey, their next-door neighbor, whose favorite pastime is beating up his defenseless wife. When Percy is injured in an automobile accident, the doctors have to resort to blood transfusion. The only person available whose blood is fit to be transfused is Casey, and as Casey is willing, the transfusion takes place. After the operation Casey is as meek as a lamb and Percy has inherited the cave man instincts of the Casey family. This pleases Percy's wife immensely, until he decorates her with a couple of black eyes, then she is not so well satisfied with her strong husband. A fortune descends on Percy. The fortune is encased in an iron safe and descends from the nineteenth floor of a building, alighting gently on Percy's noble brow. Blood transfusion is again deemed necessary by the physicians, but Percy's wife has had enough of the Casey blood and is perfectly satisfied to take her chances on his life. Written by
