Mowgli reports to Baloo that the tiger, who can't roar anymore, is agreeing to leave the jungle and hand over power. The bear realizes that honey can cure the tiger's soar throat, but Tabaqui captures him and Mowgli when they attempt to deliver the medicine, so they must escape from the temple cage to restore the rightful ruler.
