When the two Magical Scarecrows finally meet they are so overjoyed that neither notices the mean magpie who tried to steal the Crown Jewels from the Tower of London listening in on their conversation. Determined to seek revenge on Race C Rows for foiling his attempt to steal the Crown Jewels, the magpie sets a plan in motion to hijack Santa's sleigh and steal all the presents for himself. When Race C Row's animal friends discover Santa's sleigh crashed to earth and Santa unconscious it is up to the Magical Scarecrows and their friends to save Christmas for everyone.
