Tired of being ignored by her dismissive husband, Howard, she is determined to teach him a lesson. Her plans are interrupted, however, when the appearance of a real ghost, Jessie, gives her a heart attack. Now a ghost herself, Ellen must figure out a new way to confront Howard before her time finally runs out! BOO! is a comedy about self-belief and the dangers of obsession. Made for a Master dissertation project at the University of York, the film was shot in York and features the talents of local actors, Stephanie Preacher, Tony Goodall and Sarah Kearsley with Davide Manganelli as Ricardo, Ellen's secret lover!
