His greedy, less-gifted daughter Constanze Magnus wants them out, claims Frriedrich is dementing and ordered a 'business assessment' from the former precinct commander's wife. Karin Berger, who wouldn't file a complaint, unlike Constance who called the police, against the students for throwing her out whereby she accidentally was scratched. Tariq finds the students are in their legal right but Constance claims they stole her late mother's transverse flute. The row gave Friedrich a short cardiac crisis, allow ER to diagnose him with early dementia, which he denies, and he has the notary preparing the transfer of the villa to his juvenile tenants-minders, but Constance moves in.
