Rushing to get the mythical creature, they realize the dragon is in fact a costume, worn by the villagers to scare away a real monster that is terrorizing them. Village elder, Junjie, believes they're cursed by his son Qi's refusal to learn their traditional ways. Frustrated by the old ways, Qi is determined to prove there are no such things as monsters.
