E.J. receives a call before he can interrupt them and Kate reminds Sami of everything he has done. Jordan and Abigail have to break things up between Rafe and Ben. After Jordan and Rafe leave, Ben admits to Abigail that his father would beat his mother up. Ben worries that he is more like his father than he would like. Aiden tells Jennifer that the Judge is ready to make a ruling the summary judgment. In court, the Judge has to rule in favor of Eve and the case going to trial. The Judge also warns Eve that she may not have a strong enough case to win. The Cardinal tells Eric that he can be a Priest again but Eric admits to the Cardinal that he still both hates and loves Nicole. Eric tells the Cardinal that he cannot rejoin the Priesthood.
