Either way, without roommates to help pay the bills the landlord is going to throw him out on the street. Enter Victor, a broke and out of work movie director who worms his way onto the lease. No job means no rent money so Victor convinces Kyle to reluctantly join him in a scheme to find additional roommates to help with the rent. Their plan: to hold a casting call and convince people to move in on the pretense of being part of a new reality TV show.
