Still devastated by Victor's betrayal, Ashley informs Jack that Forsythe has no intentions of extending Jabot's loan and that they have to come up with the money to pay it off immediately. When Victor calls, Ashley promptly hangs up on him leading Jack to assume that his nemesis is behind everything. While Jack attempts to get the truth out of his sister, Jill interrupts so that they can pitch their proposal to Nikki and Brad who are waiting in the conference room. Later, Brad announces he doesn't want to invest in Jabot. Victor tells Forsythe that he is reevaluating his entire strategy because he may have too much to lose. Nick admits to Warton that he was wrong about him being the stalker but his feelings about him haven't changed. Excited about Tricia's decision to accompany him, Ryan heads over to Nina's. There, Phillip is arguing with his mother and Tomas but Ryan turns down Phillip request to let him join him in Seattle. As Neil and Dru continue to argue about their relationship, Malcolm goes to visit Olivia at the hospital.
