Meanwhile, Nikki informs Jack that Diane has had her hands on Victor's sperm and she has to take action. Raul argues with Mac that Billy should be told about Brittany. Realizing that the truth cannot be avoided anymore, Brittany confesses to Billy that she failed to call the ambulance when he passed out. John and Jill discuss parenting to reign in their son. Larry boasts to Ross that finally the right man is in jail. A worried Ross asks his attorney Don Jacob to get him out as soon as possible. Paul tells Victor and Victoria that they have to find valid proof to keep Ross behind bars. Michael explains to Chris that he is afraid to fail if he does this new law practice alone.
