She lived with shocked but shifty boyfriend Jean-Luc Beauvais in Stuttgart while working with the industrialist Marianne Guthmann and his wife Marianne, who insist to let daughter Pauline believe Nathalie just returned home to France. Forensic lab chef Jan Arnaud confirms the suspicions about Jean-Luc as his car contains kid toys and proof his beloved was actually Valerie Magaux and applied under a pseudonym. The couple seemed to plan kidnapping Pauline, but the parents also hide a major relevant secret. IT-specialist Rico Sander finds Valerie Magaux was in Stuttgart six years earlier as exchange student, hosted by Xaver Guthmann's secretary Brigitta Brunner, which started a crucial bond leading to a dangerous finale.
