April Stone (Lakisha May) is trying desperately to reconnect with her alcoholic father, Eli (Hal Beasley), who's lost all faith in God after the passing of his second wife, Elizabeth, who helped keep him on track spiritually. This comes about as April is seemingly heading down a harmful path with her fiancé Luke (Edgar Moore, Jr.), who wants to leave the street life behind him but, mixing with his old friend Paul (Rahim Ali) who has a bad reputation, will prove to be more than he can handle. Being disciplined in the true sense of the Word - Pastor Derrick Smith (Reginald L. Barnes), must fight the demons of his wayward father and keep him and his pregnant wife, Nicole (Chrystal Stone), in marital bliss when an old college friend, Keisha (Charle Webb), surfaces with a clear agenda to get what she wants.
