The film follows the adventures of Rodd Jizz, an aspiring musician from Los Angeles who mysteriously gets teleported to Paris, France. Completely lost and dazzled by the alien city, Rodd wanders into the hands of Big T, a pimp from Barbes who also dabbles in drug dealing.
