We'll see who cleans up the illegal dumping of hazardous waste, or the chaos that our friend, Dumas, creates when he leaves his dirty, old couch on the sidewalk. We learn about bulky item disposal, e-waste, and S.A.F.E. Centers. Then we're off to the Japanese Garden on the campus of the Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant in Van Nuys, where Carly tricks Leopold into being her "GFF" - geisha friend forever! Here, we learn of yet another important Bureau of Sanitation responsibility.
