Jessica chronicles her journey from the delivery room to the emergency room, where she finally ended up after weeks of sleeplessness following the birth of her child. Though she fell in love with her daughter right away, she became more and more paralyzed by anxiety, which had her writing obsessive lists and pacing the floor, unable to sleep or be productive despite massive levels of medication to try to solve the problem.
