Loosed upon the world and free from the military routine of her home life for one whole hour, our quirky heroine traverses the world with a wide-eyed wonder. With her rather odd perspective on the world, Alice finds herself leaving a lasting impact upon the various characters she comes across along the way: a man nervously proposing to his fiancée, two schoolgirls with very differing outlooks on life, and finally a businesswoman having a very bad day. With the clock ticking, Alice attempts to rid herself of the clarinet that has come to define her entire existence, seeking a fresh start. The only problem is, she just can't seem to let go.
