The program (developed in collaboration with the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the U.S. Naval Academy) follows Shaun Baker, a newly-minted Professional Engineer as he is challenged by the day-to-day issues of his profession. Users are challenged to make decisions in real time that test their understanding of a professional code of ethics. Viewers walk in his shoes and face the ethical challenges he encounters on the job.
