Butch McGill, son of legendary police chief Mean George McGill, a loose-cannon cop who doesn't play by the rules. Shoot first and arrest later, get chewed out by the boss. A routine but stable life. Until the day Butch's brother Jimmy is shot. From that point on Butch goes on a warpath of revenge, leaving corpses and carnage in his wake. Following lead after lead Butch, along with his Vietnam buddy Slim Jack, tries to track down the trail leading to his brother's murder.
