The angel court picked up on the regeneration magic, which is not allowed, and an agent from ABI (Angel Bureau Investigation) comes to investigate the incident. It turns out Porter is in big trouble. But Carl accidentally says something that gets Denise arrested instead. Now, the two boys have to save her before it is too late. Meanwhile, Carl and Porter's friends are given false hopes when the agent disguise himself as a talent scout for their biggest dreams and promises them a job in exchange for information on Porter.
