She announces that they no longer feel safe on Earth and will therefore leave leading to an outcry and world-wide support for them to stay. As part of her plan, Anna ensures that the attackers are identified, once again framing Kyle Hobbes for the attack. The second attacker is identified as Paul Kendrick, a government scientist who mysteriously disappeared from his job several weeks before. He had been working with others on a project and may have inadvertently developed a weapon against the Vs.
