The men's project manager is confronted by a team member who feels shut out by the team, while the women's team is plagued by a celebrity's illness, a power outage, and a teammate who is hard to handle. When the storefronts open, both teams draw huge crowds. Secret shoppers visit each teams' storefronts and report back to the Kodak executives.
