Bors resigns his position as a knight in protest and joins forces with an escaped Lancelot to rescue Guinevere from her funeral pyre. But the rescue results in the deaths of two of the knights, leading to Mordred to persuade Arthur to go and seek revenge on her with an army to France, where they are hiding out. See less
