To make matters worse, Neesham is rarely at the salon and has left his business in the hands of an ineffective manager and an unprofessional staff. When Tabatha tries to change his business model, she and Neesham butt heads, but Tabatha drives her point home when she recruits drag queens as hair models for the staff.
