Jill is experimenting with new men's fragrances and then suddenly kisses her assistant David just as Joanna enters the office. To strengthen her self-esteem Cricket gives Nina a make-over. Jill decides to meet with all non-Abbott Jabot board members and to convince them of her idea. Lauren apologizes to Paul who is still infuriated by her secrecy.
