Driller Pee Wee could be the first one to go, after pushing the rig too hard earns him a meeting with the rig supervisor. Veteran Gerald makes a poor decision and it could change the course of his life. Cheston struggles to save him, but in the end Gerald's demons get the best of him. When Ron takes things too far with Travis, the roughneck walks off the job and it could be for good.
