Violence begats violence, a car's headlights light up the blood, the tyres squeal as the car brakes but not fast enough to avoid the crash; the cocktail of alcohol and drugs interrupt the course of life and death. Pain and anger transform the heart of a woman into that of a merciless killer, mixed with the fury and desperation of a life of drugs and deviancy to forget the echo of a gunshot. The applause of the audience on the television screen recounts how the victim becomes the executioner and, with the triumph of man's justice and the delirium of the media, how the executioner will be the star of the news for a night.
