It was a workhouse in 1865 and none of the buyers ever stayed long because it was haunted by a little boy who died from the plague. On their first day the ghost kept moving things around hoping that the family would move out. But in the night, there was a fire in the basement and he alerted the children. The fire was put out, and the ghost came forward and agreed not to haunt the children if they would be his friends. They agreed that their parents should not know about him, and named him "Nobody" because he was an orphan, and could not remember his name. Written by Britstuff See less
