Dave arranges for a Focus Group to intensely observe Eli and critique his numerous faults. To Eli's horror, the focus group consists of Trace, Caitlin, Avalon and Dakota Toyota. They're not exactly objective. And each member of the Focus Group has a different take on how Eli should walk, talks and dress for interview success. Taking their advice, Eli gets more and more confused as he suffers through some of the worst job interviews ever. Meanwhile, Ronnie conducts her own focus group when she spends "Take Your Daughter to Work Day" with her Mom's assistant, Giles.
