Fibber's not concerned because he's rented the space to a gallery owner who has signed an iron-clad seven year lease for a substantial increase in rent. When McGee learns that the gallery is really a shooting gallery and all his other tenants are threatening to move out, he's in a pickle - especially since the gallery owner refuses to move unless he's paid $300 in cash for the inconvenience he's been caused.
