When she arrives she tries to kiss Esther, but Esther is with her new partner Bea so refuses her. Just then they both receive the news that Héctor has been stabbed. Fernando and Waldo saved him, but he needs a heart transplant to survive. When Teresa sees Maca and Esther arrive at the hospital together, she asks Esther if they are back together. Vero spends her last days at the hospital dealing with the victim of a rapist who was freed from prison, while Carlos is obsessed with Claudia's possible pregnancy after her fertility treatment. Rai tries to convince the psychiatrist to stay at the hospital. Sofía tries to forget her experience with the hospital manager, while Alicia and Javier are especially worried about Héctor.
