Victoria tells Gary that she hopes that he can get well, but this has to be the last time they ever see each other. After leaving the psych ward, Victoria thanks Ryan for being there for her. They discuss the direction their relationship has taken over the past few months and end up sharing a kiss. Diane boasts to Ashley that she will be giving Victor something Ashley never could: a child! Brad who learns that Diane is carrying Victor's child puts an end to a their heated argument and politely tells Diane to leave. As Brad and Ashley renew their friendship, Diane heads over to Newman Enterprises. She is surprised to hear that Victor has left town indefinitely. Brittany begins to lay the bait that will make Mac think that Billy is cheating on her. Billy assures Mac that she has nothing to worry about, though. Later, knowing that Mac is watching, Brittany plants a kiss on Billy. After Brittany leaves, Billy promises Mac that he will find a way to end things with Brittany. Michael asks Christine to rethink starting a family just when their business is getting off of the ground. Nina surprises Tomas by returning home a day early.
