Jabbs madly jealous, tries to shoot Pokes, who escapes. Next day Pokes, who has lost some money in the Jabbs home tries to recover it but is again detected by the malicious Miss Tattler. After many exciting adventures and escapes, Pokes recovers his money, but has it taken from him by his wife, who will no longer trust him out of her sight.
