While she doesn't give them much details. Later a friend of hers shows up to support her and she lets it slip that she knows Louise because they were both confined to a psychiatric facility. Kate then tells everyone that Louise suffered a breakdown after marriage ended. And they can't help but see how similar what happened to her back then is similar to the situation with the center. They think Louise is off her rocker but John wants to give her the benefit of the doubt till he learns who is giving her the money.
