She questions Brandon, then Gina, to try to find out by what means she could persuade C.C.. Keith visits Gina and makes fun of her when she puts on her black glasses. He did not see that Scott has just arrived, and so to he discovers that Gina can see. Rita Grant has a lot of success for the nurse of her baby, loses her temper against the allusions of Mason's greed and suddenly feels a sharp pain in her belly. The manager of the Capwell Hotel asks Cain to investigate break-ins made in several rooms. Andrea slips into the offices of Last Resort Detective Agency and takes photos of the plans of the hotel. She then confides in Cain about her past, notably the fact that her father, an ambassador, was assassinated. Jeffrey decides to join Kelly, who has left for New York to spend a few days. Without news of her brother, Carmen phones Hawaii and learns that Eden and Cruz had left four days ago to return to Santa Barbara.
