A furious Stephanie tells Ridge that Brooke turned down the fundraiser idea because she is on a power trip. Ridge urges his mother to stop alienating Brooke to not mess with his promising attempt to mend fences with her. Sally holds Stephanie accountable for ruining her relationship to Jack. She therefore fills in Macy that she convinced Anthony to go for a couture collection to fight the Forresters. When she catches Charlton Heston on TV bragging about the planned benefit for the American Film Institute, Sally gets an idea how to execute her revenge. Brooke realizes that the "Salute to Hollywood" theme is a good idea for the upcoming fashion show. On Ridge's urging, Brooke reconsiders and informs Stephanie that she can go ahead with the fundraiser event after all. However, Brooke demands to be treated with the proper respect by Stephanie.
