Realizing how depressed her adopted mother is over this, Riley tries to infiltrate the agency by applying for their training ground on-line. When not even Fleemco can replace the head of the agency to help her get in, only Todd can sneak them both into their new school, where he falls head over heels for a girl, and both are used in a plot to find the thief who stole the greatest spy book ever written.
