Ridge phones with his father in L.A. and promises Eric that their plan will succeed. Taylor does not like this underhanded scheme of the Forrester men and threatens to bolt, but Ridge insists that they have to follow through. After receiving a visit from her colleague Suzanne and her son, Becky is more determined than ever to finally reunite with her son. She boards a train to Venice... Thorne takes Brooke down an empty street and she is afraid they are lost. Thorne says he knows where they are, and sure enough, they arrive at the Rialto Bridge. Brooke kisses him, talking about all the memories they will have of this place. They hear "Costa Diva", an Italian love song, playing in the background, and Thorne says how it has inspired him.
