She then announces that she is pregnant with James' child - At Forrester Creations, Michael is impressed with Enrique and his knowledge of the fashion industry. Enrique reveals to Michael that he hopes to replace Grant soon and therefore sides with the Forresters against him. Megan confides in Grant that she worries to have revealed the location of the wedding to Mike and Sheila. Grant goes to Michael's office, but is miffed when he finds Enrique - whose hiring was bypassed by him - there instead. James tells Sheila that he cannot be the father of her baby because they never had sex. Sheila reminds him of the night that he was upset about Maggie's disappearance, got drunk and woke up in her bed.
