Fred meanwhile is told by fish-hating creditor Charlotte Görres time is up for his crushing debt, yet manages with her to turn the business around into 'experience', with cooking classes and involvement in the annual town festival. Rike dates her still single first love Bruno Maijer, only to realize she isn't over Fred and returns home, at first sight jealous of Charlotte, yet staying in her B&B and entering the 'fish stabbing' contest against Fred, which resets their rapport.
